Apple Authorised Reseller

... is a business partner that meets defined criteria and enters into a contractual relationship with AVAD Baltic for selling software and hardware products.

Apple Authorised Reseller benefits at a glance:

Authorization Requirements:

• Minimum quarterly purchase: 50.000 eur
• Two dedicated persons:
  • sales person – achieved ASTO silver level
  • technician – achieved ASTO silver level and passed training (products or basic
    MAC OS X certification)
• Sales of authorized products only
• Compliance with Apple trademarks and signage policy

Apple Premium Reseller

Situated in prime locations, Apple Premium Reseller (APR) stores showcase the full Apple product line and provide outstanding customer value and service.

Apple Solution Expert

Designed for businesses that deliver highly specialized installations that require expertise in hardware, software, training and support. This program supports resellers specializing in the video, photography, music and education markets.

You can meet the defined criteria and enter into a contractual relationship with AVAD Baltic for providing authorized services:

Apple Training Center

Offers Apple training, delivered by Certified Trainers at authorized locations and with use of authorized training materials.

Apple Service Provider

Has been in operation for a minimum of 2 years and has established credit line. Apple repairs are performed by Apple-certified technicians at the authorized location.
